I am a professor of organizational behavior and human resources management at FACAMP (Campinas, Brazil) and I colaborate with IAE Business School (Argentina)

My current research is about positive organizational behavior (POB). My specific research interests are on proactive perspectives in work design (job crafting), work engagement and meaningful work.
